Just had an energy audit and was very impressed. The auditor was very friendly, professional, and informative. Would definitely recommend!

The friendly, helpful people at Sustainable Kingston work hard to engage the surrounding community and educate citizens using thoughtful, well-rounded methods and campaigns. Thank you for your awesome Plastic Free Summer Challenge project in 2019! I know it inspired me, and hopefully many others as well. It's organizations like you who are going to inspire action to help the future of our planet the most.

Waited 11 weeks SO FAR for an energy report for the Canada Greener Homes Grant.If I am getting a new employee for the energy survey of my home I should be advised in advance. I would have agreed because two weeks instead of one for additional review is reasonable (This was disclosed AFTER the survey). 11 weeks with changing rationale for the delay is not reasonable. First it was trouble with their auditor portal, now it's that my report has been selected for a GoC audit. I guess they just found out now!Their advice: proceed with the renovations! Why would I proceed with renovations without so much as a draft report since I won't be reimbursed for renos not included in the report. Sustainable Kingston bears no risk so it is patently bad advice.TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. SHOULD BE NO STARS.

Makes an absolute mockery of sustainable" by promoting things like Harpers burger bar. Because they use "local" beef
